AuzGrip Tools ships Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and StarTrack. We offer standard shipping for most orders, with express or bulky item delivery available where applicable.
Most parcels are packed in plain, unmarked packaging for security and privacy. Once payment is processed, orders are typically dispatched within 3–10 business days.
Please provide a delivery address where someone is available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, to receive and sign for your parcel. If no one is available, your order may be redirected to your local post office or courier collection point for pickup. Supplying a business address is recommended for convenience.
Most orders are dispatched within a couple of business days but allow up to 10 business days.
Partial deliveries of orders may be made if an item is on back order, however you'll be contacted within 1-2 business days if such a situation occurs.
During busy periods, such as Christmas, EOFY, sale events, public holidays and/or pandemics there may be a delay in processing your order.
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):
- Metro - NSW, VIC & SA: 1-4 business days after dispatch
- Non Metro - NSW, VIC & SA: 3-7 business days after dispatch
- Metro - QLD, TAS & WA: 3-7 business days after dispatch
- Non Metro - QLD, TAS & WA: 4-10 business days after dispatch
- Regional - QLD, NT & WA: 7-14 business days after dispatch
Any estimated delivery times provided are based off information from the courier company. Any delays due the courier company are outside of our control and will need to be followed up with the courier company.
The shipping fees shown on the product page are an estimate only. Final shipping fees will be displayed during your checkout process based on the shipping method, product type, weight and location chosen by you.
Orders weighing over 20kg or exceeding 50cm in cubic volume/weight are classified as bulky goods and may require a custom freight quote. Once your order has been placed, our customer service team will contact you via email or phone with an accurate shipping cost.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number on the same day it leaves our warehouse.
You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to view the latest updates and estimated delivery timeframe. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Wetherill Park, NSW 2164.
