Any estimated delivery times provided are based off information from the courier company. Any delays due the courier company are outside of our control and will need to be followed up with the courier company.

Most orders are dispatched within a couple of business days but allow up to 10 business days if you have ordered a 'special order' product.

Partial deliveries of orders may be made if an item is on back order, however you'll be contacted within 1-2 business days if such a situation occurs.
