Refund policy

Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unused and in original condition

  • Includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Is accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Refunds for change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit or refunded via your original payment method, minus any shipping charges


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide clear photos and a brief description of the issue

  3. We will assess the issue and offer one of the following remedies:

    • Replacement

    • Repair

    • Full refund (including shipping costs)

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a refund or replacement for a major failure, or compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.


Warranty Claims

All AuzGrip tools come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
To lodge a warranty claim:

  • Complete our [Warranty Claim Form] or contact support@auzgrip.com.au

  • Provide proof of purchase and details of the fault

  • We’ll assess the claim and arrange repair or replacement as applicable


How to Return an Item

  1. Email our customer support at returns@auzgrip.com.au with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorisation number (RA#)

  3. Carefully repackage the item and send it to the provided return address

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days


Exceptions

Returns and refunds are not available for:

  • Tools that have been misused, modified, or not used as intended

  • Clearance items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Custom orders or special buys
